Our Ethos

A very warm welcome to Bucklebury Farm Day Nursery a 21-place nursery for children age 6 months to 5 years.

At Bucklebury Farm Day Nursery children grow learn and belong in a nurturing home-from-home set within 70 acres of beautiful countryside. We believe childhood should be filled with curiosity care and meaningful connection to nature to animals and to one another.

Our expansive land and hands on animal experiences allow children to learn through doing; feeding, caring, exploring and observing the natural world at their own pace. These daily experiences foster empathy confidence responsibility and a deep respect for living things.

 We place strong value on a homely calm environment where every child feels safe, known and cherished. Through gentle routines responsive relationships and play-based learning, we support each child’s individual individuality and development helping them to build strong foundations for life with joy, resilience and wonder.
